    Summary

    Easy beef stroganoff that cooks all day and melts in your mouth. Allows for the use of any cut of beef.

    Ingredients

    2# Beef, cubed (any cut-stew meat, top round, etc)

    2 Cans cream of mushroom soup

    1 small onion, diced

    3-4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    1/2 Cup water

    1 tsp garlic salt

    dash of paprika

    8oz cream cheese

    Instructions

    Stir cream of mushroom soup, onion, Worcestershire, water, garlic salt and paprika together in crockpot.
    Add meat and mix together.
    Cook on low 6-8 hours in slow cooker.
    Once finished cooking add cream cheese and turn heat to high. Stir well until cream cheese melts and mixes together.
    Serve over egg noodles.
