    Ingredients

    1/2 pound Brussels sprouts

    2 Tablespoons olive oil

    salt & pepper to taste

    1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (may also use Asiago cheese)

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    Trim Brussels sprouts and slice length-wise into 3 to 4 pieces each (or quarter)
    Toss Brussels with olive oil until coated.
    Place on cookie sheet and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until beginning to caramelize.
    Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and bake ano
