    Ingredients

    150 grams Paneer

    220 milliliter Milk

    200 grams White Flour

    80 grams homemade Vanilla Sugar or 1 Packet (8 grams) store bought Vanilla Sugar

    2 Eggs

    Butter for frying

    Instructions

    Add the Paneer and around 50 milliliter of the Milk into a blender Jar. Blend it smooth and keep aside.
    Add the flour to a mixing bowl and mix in the Vanilla Sugar as well. Make a well into the center and add in the Cottage cheese mixture and the Eggs. Continue to pour in the remaining Milk as well.
    Mix the whole content to a smooth pastry.
    Heat up a pan, add some butter and pour about one ladle of pastry into the pan. Spread it evenly & quickly and allow it to fry for 2-3 minutes on one side. Flip it and cook it on the other side to a golden brown shade. Do that with the rest of the batter.
    Serve hot with syrups, honey or sweet sauces.
