    Ingredients

    1 Tbsp olive oil

    1/2 lb fresh green beans trimmed

    1/4 cup fresh or frozen peas thawed if frozen

    Salt and pepper

    2 tsp minced fresh mint leaves

    1 Tbsp minced fresh basil leaves

    Instructions

    Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add the beans and saute until browned and almost tender, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add the peas, and cook until just tender, about 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Top with mint and basil.
    Serve immediately.
