    Ingredients

    2 cups rolled oats (not quick oats)

    5 tablespoons coconut sugar

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    1/8 teaspoon ground allspice (optional)

    1 3/4 cups Almond Breeze Almondmilk Original Unsweetened

    1 flax egg (stir together 1 tablespoon flax meal and 3 tablespoons of water, let it sit for 10 minutes)

    1 tablespoon coconut oil

    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    1/2 teaspoon orange zest

    1 cup diced apples (I used a Gala and Granny Smith)

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
    In a medium sized bowl make your flax egg.
    In a large bowl combine the oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
    Once the flax egg has set, whisk in the almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla and orange zest.
