Super rich, high protein fudge pops make a delicious summer treat.
Ingredients
1 lb Nasoya silken tofu (1 package)
4 ounces melted dark chocolate
½ cup sugar, honey, or agave
1 tsp. vanilla
a pinch of salt
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour mixture into popsicle molds or small glasses with popsicle sticks
Freeze over night
