    Ingredients

    papaya - 2 cups chopped

    chilled milk - 2½ - 3 cups

    sugar or honey - 2 tablespoons

    cardamom powder - a pinch

    ice cubes - few

    Instructions

    Wash papaya, peel the skin. Remove the seeds. Chop the papaya into pieces.
    Add the chopped papaya pieces, ½ cup of milk to a blender and blend it well.
    Now add the rest of the milk, sugar or honey, cardamom powder and blend well for another 2 - 3 minutes.
    Add ice cubes to a serving glass and pour papaya milkshake to a serving glass and serve chilled.
