    Ingredients

    1 cup garri - I used ijebu, the one that is sour in the mouth.

    2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

    3 tablespoons honey

    2 teaspoons vanilla flavourimage

    1/2 cup raisins

    Your choice of nuts, fruits and seeds - almonds, groundnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sultanas, dried apple, pineapple, banana etc.

    Put garri in a bowl. Add the oil, honey and vanilla to it, then combine together.
    Spread on a lined baking tray and put in the oven to bake. I added my sesame and pumpkin seeds to toast with it. Open the oven intermittently to stir and re-distribute it, to avoid them getting burnt. You can reduce the oven if it is too
