    Ingredients

    2 can (15.5 ounce each) chickpeas or garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

    1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix

    ? cup olive oil

    ¼ cup fresh lemon juice, about 1 lemon

    1 clove garlic

    Pinch of salt and pepper plus additional to taste

    Instructions

    Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy or desired consistency.
    Before serving drizzle with a little olive oil if desired.
    Serve with pita chips, carrots, tortilla chips or wedges of fresh pita bread.
