Ingredients
1 cup ice cubes
2 cups kale
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 large banana, peeled and in large chucks (optional)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp. honey (also optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on the highest speed setting until the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.
Pour into serving glasses (fancy stem-less wine glasses like these are fun)
Enjoy cold!
