Summary
Our Homemade Italian Dressing will put those store bought bottles to shame!
Ingredients
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 large garlic clove, grated on a microplane (or finely minced)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a 2 cup mason jar.
Cover the jar with its lid, tightly, and shake for 30 seconds to 1 minute until everything is well combined and the oil and vinegar have emulsified.
Store in the closed jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
