Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
1 bunch carrots 4 or 5, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 apple I used Honeycrisp, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey optional
3 cubes ice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water. If it's too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
