    Prepare this fresh Strawberry crush and use as toppings and in mocktails.

    Ingredients

    1 cup strawberry ( fine chopped )

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup water

    3 – 4 drop lemon juice

    A pinch sodium benzoate

    Instructions

    Wash the strawberries properly, fine chop them and keep aside.
    Combine sugar and water in heavy bottom non stick pan.
    Boil the syrup to make a one thread consistency.
    Add strawberries and stir occasionally.
    If you want to keep it for a longer period in the refrigerator add a pinch of sodium benzoate to the boiling mixture. ( optional )
    Add lemon juice.
    When the mixture thickens, off the flame and leave the mixture to cool out fully before you bottle it.
    Enjoy with ice-cream or make delicious mocktails.
