Summary
High energy vegan breakfast smoothie made with dates, hazelnuts, oats and cacao.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons natural date syrup
1 heaped tablespoon hazelnut butter
2 tablespoons rolled oats
2 teaspoons cacao
500ml plant or rice milk (I used almond milk)
1 frozen banana (or just a banana if you're leaving it in the fridge overnight)
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
