    Summary

    Ingredients

    1 medium bowl all purpose refined flour

    2 tsp oil

    ½ tsp salt

    1 tsp baking powder

    water

    1 cup minced chicken

    1 medium sized chopped onion

    4-5 garlic cloves

    1 tsp soya sauce

    1 tsp vinegar

    ½ tsp black pepper powder

    salt according to taste

    1 medium sized peeled tomato,chopped

    7-8 red chillies

    3-4 garlic cloves

    vinegar to soak chillies

    ½ cup water

    Instructions

    Dip the red chillies into vinegar for 2 hours.
    Add soaked red chillies,water,chopped tomato,salt and garlic cloves in a mixie.
    Grind them all together till it becomes a smooth mixture.
    Take a fry pan and heat some oil.Add chopped onion and fry till golden.
    Add garlic cloves and fry.Add minced chicken,salt,soya sauce,black pepper,green chillies.
    Cook them for a while and keep the chicken filling aside.
    Now take flour,salt,oil and baking powder and mix water.Make a dough.
    Roll the dough into 4-5 inch of very thin rounds.Take chicken filling and put into them.
    Put the edges together and with the help of little water twist and seal the edges.
    Steam the momos in a steamer for 15 minutes and serve hot with tomato chilly sauce.
