    Ingredients

    600 grams king prawns

    100 grams cherry tomatoes

    2 tbsp olive oil

    juice of half a lemon

    1 tsp paprika

    ½ tsp crushed red chilli

    1 tsp garlic paste (or crushed garlic)

    ¼ cup parsley (finely chopped)

    ½ tsp sugar

    ½ tsp salt

    1 tsp apple vinegar

    Wooden skewers

    Instructions

    Take the prawns out of the freezer and defrost.
    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients excluding prawns and cherry tomatoes. Give it a good mix.
    When prawns are defrosted, marinate them in the sauce for at least 15 minutes but preferably overnight.
    Place prawns into wooden skewers with the cherry tomatoes.
    Preheat barbecue, and cook on both sides with the lid closed until prawns are cooked through. This shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
