    Ingredients

    3 cups boiling water

    3 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers

    1 tbsp dried rose hips

    3 bags green tea

    3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

    2 cherries per popsicle

    Instructions

    add the teabags, rose hips, and hibiscus flowers to the boiling water
    steep 5 minutes
    drain
    add sweetner
    pour into popsicle molds each with a few pitted cherries in it
