    Ingredients

    Gardein Beefless Tips (in the freezer aisle with the health-food or other meat-less foods)

    Slow Cooker Pot Roast Sauce (I use Campbells)

    4-5 red potatoes, washed and cut into quarters

    1 yellow onion, chopped roughly

    1 cup baby carrots

    1 cup mushrooms, sliced

    4 celery stalks, sliced into small pieces

    Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir to be sure it is all combined.
    Set on low for 6 hours.
    Serve over cooked quinoa or brown rice.
