    Ingredients

    4 cups fresh or frozen corn

    1 green pepper, diced

    1 red pepper, diced

    2/3 cup red onion, finely diced

    1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilis

    1 1/2 Tablespoons butter

    1 Tablespoon chili powder

    1 Tablespoon cumin

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon cilantro

    Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Heat over medium heat, cover with lid, and let cook for about 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are done cooking.
