Something quick and delicious to wake up to: A thick, creamy base of antioxidant-rich acai covered with a rainbow of fantastic fruits. We add walnuts and hemp seeds for crunch and protein, but you can use any combination of your favorite nuts and seeds.
Ingredients
1 (100-gram) package frozen acai smoothie base
1/2 cup coconut yogurt or other dairy-free yogurt alternative
1/2 cup grapefruit chunks
1/2 cup blueberries
1 small banana, sliced
1/4 cup raw walnut halves
1 tablespoon raw hemp seeds
Instructions
Combine acai smoothie base and coconut yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with grapefruit, blueberries, banana and walnuts and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
