    Ingredients

    1 cup cooked jasmine rice (add 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp sugar)

    1/2 avocado

    1 cup shredded purple cabbage 

    1 cup tofu 

    1/2 cup cucumber

    1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts

    1/2 cup bean sprouts

    fresh orange 

    2 sprigs cilantro

    1/2 cup shredded carrots

    1 tbsp black sesame seeds

    1/2 cup pickled red onion 

    1 tbsp tahini

    1/2 squeeze fresh orange

    Instructions

    Cook your rice following instructions, simply add the optional rice vinegar and sugar.
    Pickled Red Onion: Allow sliced red onion to soak in vinegar, water, 1 tbs sugar, an for as long as you can. I always have mine on hand in the fridge to throw onto everything from salads to sandwiches.
    Salad: Throw everything in a bowl and combine all of the ingredients for the dressing and enjoy!
