    baked aloo samosa recipe - a healthy version of samosas which are baked and made with whole wheat flour.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta) or 240 grams whole wheat flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds) - optional
    • 5 tablespoon oil or ghee
    • 1 teaspoon rock salt or add as required
    • 1/3 to 1/2 cup water for kneading or add as required
    • 2 teaspoon oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
    • 2 green chillies + 1/2 inch ginger crushed to a paste in mortar pestle
    • 250 grams potatoes or 3 large potatoes or 2 cups chopped potato
    • 1/3 cup green peas (matar) - optional
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
    • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder (dhania powder)
    • 1/2 teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder) - or add as per taste
    • salt as required
    • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (dhania patta)
