    • 1/4 c shredded unsweetened coconut
    • 3/4 c macadamia nuts halves
    • 3 tbsp coconut or tapioca flour
    • 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
    • 1/4 tsp ginger
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and lemon extract (or use a splash of lemon juice if you don't have extract)
    • 1 1/4 c sifted almond flour
    • 1/4 c maple syrup
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 3 -4 tbsp softened Coconut oil
    • 2 -3 tbsp Lemon juice
    • Maple syrup 2-4 tbsp
    • handful Crushed macadamia nuts
    • Powdered sugar (omit if paleo)
    • Extra lemon slices to garnish
