    This Simple Grilled Spicy Yogurt Chicken Recipe has a few ingredients in the marinade that makes it juicy, flavorful and absolutely delicious. It's the best grilled chicken I've made. You’ll make this recipe again and again!

    Ingredients

    • Chicken breasts- 2
    • 1 cup thick sour yogurt(not the greek kind)
    • 2 tsp red chilli powder
    • ½ tsp white pepper
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tbsp chickpea flour
    • 2 tbsp fresh ginger garlic paste
    • ⅓ tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • ½ gerkin cucumber or 1 Indian cucumber(seeds taken out) or 2 mini cucumbers
    • 1 bunch or 1 cup packed mint
    • 2-4 green chilies
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • Steel skewers or wooden. If using wooden, soak in cold water for an hour or two before skewing it.
