    Ingredients

    • 1 medium sized Onion - diced
    • 11/2 Starter Sauce (a blend of peppers, tomatoes, and Onions)
    • 1/2 Cup of fresh Palm Oil
    • 2 Tablespoons of Crayfish
    • Water
    • Crab Meat
    • Parsley or any Leafy vegetables
