    • 1/2 cup golden raisins

    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
    • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
    • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
