    The best grilled cheese sandwich recipe ever!! Loaded with 3 different cheeses, garlic and herbs, it's the perfect comfort food.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
    • 1 tsp. olive or canola oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp. dried basil
    • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/16 tsp. pepper (if you like pepper, go ahead and add 1/8 tsp.)
    • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    • 8 oz. Kraft Natural Mozzarella shredded cheese (2 cups)
    • 10 to 14 slices of bread (depends on how big your bread is)- we love my 100% Whole Wheat Homemade Bread
    • butter, softened (about 2 tbsp)
