    This white bean dip is a good base when topped with anchovies and tapenade. I toasted the bread, rubbed it with a garlic clove, and then brushed it with olive oil. So tasty!

    Ingredients

    • 3 cloves How to roasted garlic + roasted garlic spread
    • 3 sprigs thyme, leaves only
    • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 2 cups white beans, soaked and cooked or 1 each 15ounce drained and rinsed
    • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 4 shakes Tabasco
