Very easy and delicious beef stew with vegetables cooked in slow cooker.Ingredients3 pounds (1.44 kg) beef stewing meat,cubed1 medium yellow onion,peeled and chopped1 cup (250 g) celery,sliced2 cups carrots,sliced4 medium potatoes,peeled and cubed3 tablespoons minute tapioca1 tablespoon granulated sugar1 tablespoon salt10 3/4 oz (325ml) can tomato soup1/3 cup (80 ml) water1 cup (250 g) sliced mushroomsMethodStep 1Layer beef stew,onion,celery,carrots,and potatoes in slow cooker.
