    Close your eyes and get transported to the Mediterranean with this rose water scented dessert... Creamy, crunchy, fresh and we made it Vegan just for the fun of it!

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (we use Silk Pure Almond)
    • ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp corn starch
    • ½ cup plus 2 tbsp sugar (We used wholesome sweeteners)
    • 4 tbsp rose water (we used Sadaf )
    • ¾ cup raw pistachios, chopped
    • ¾ cup pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
