    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • Dash of salt
    • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
    • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
    • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
    • ¼ cup packed maple syrup
    • ¾ cup full fat canned coconut milk
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon ginger
    • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
