    • 3 cups finely shredded Brussels sprouts (I used the whole bag of WF shredded brussles)
    • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
    • 4 tablespoons flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • ½ cup vegan Follow Your Heart shredded parmesan cheese
    • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
    • 2 tsp salt and black pepper to taste
    • oil for frying
    • 3/4 cup vegan yogurt
    • 2 tbsp grainy mustard dijon
    • 1 tbsp regular dijon
    • Salt/Pepper to taste
