    Restaurant style easy vegetable friedrice recipe made in Chinese style. It can be served as a main course with any Chinese style side like chilli or manchurian

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups long grain rice
    • 1 tbsp. garlic
    • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
    • 1 tbsp Soya sauce (about 2 to 3 tsps, use to suit your taste)
    • ¾ to 1 tbsp. vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
    • Salt as needed
    • ½ tsp coarsely crushed pepper
    • ¼ to ? cup carrots chopped finely
    • ¼ cup or 3 to 4 tbsp. Spring onions chopped
    • 1 slit green chili
    • 8 to 10 leaves of celery
    • ¼ cup mushrooms
    • 1 st 2000 ar anise
    • 1 strand of mace
