    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 2 Tbs mashed avocado
    • 2 Tbs melted coconut oil
    • 1/2 cup maple syrup
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 Tbs vanilla
    • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk ( Golden Star tastes great because there are NO preservatives)
    • 1 can coconut cream (Savoy is my favorite)
    • 1 Tbs maple syrup
    • 1 Tbs honey
    • strawberries , blueberries, raspberries, or any fruit of your choice
