    • 8 slices of thickly sliced turkey, I used Columbus Herb Turkey
    • 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 C of grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 TB of Italian herbs, dried
    • 2 TB melted butter
    • 1 can of Red Gold diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
    • 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
