    • ½ cup mint/ pudina chopped

    • 2 tbsps oil
    • 1¼ tsp ginger garlic paste
    • ½ tsp saunf powder (optional)
    • 3 cups water
    • 1 bay leaf / tej patta
    • 1 star anise / chakra phool
    • 2 inch cinnamon sticks 2 no / dalchini
    • ¾ tsp shahi jeera
    • 1 strand of mace / javitri
    • 4 green cardamoms / choti elaichi
    • 6 cloves / laung
