    • 8 slices of provolone cheese
    • 2 tablespoons and 1/4 cup of milk- I use almond milk – Walmart.com
    • 1/4 cup of grated or shredded cheese- your choice, this is for the topping.
    • 1 tablespoon of sugarfree pancake syrup.
    • Optional- 1/2 cup of chopped spinach.
