- 8 slices of provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons and 1/4 cup of milk- I use almond milk – Walmart.com
- 1/4 cup of grated or shredded cheese- your choice, this is for the topping.
- 1 tablespoon of sugarfree pancake syrup.
- Optional- 1/2 cup of chopped spinach.
