    Ingredients

    • 3 Cups Rice
    • 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
    • 2 Pimento Pepper (subst. Tatashe)
    • 1 Large Onion (divided into 2)
    • 1 Habanero or Chili
    • 2 Ripe Plum Tomatoes
    • 6 Tbsp Veg Oil
    • 3 Cups to 3-1/2 Chicken Stock
    • 1 Tsp Thyme
    • 1 Tsp Curry
    • 2 Seasoning Cubes
    • Salt To Taste
    • 1/2 Tsp Ginger
    • 2 leaves Bay
