    • 300ml (1 + 1/4 cups) lukewarm water
    • 25g (2 tablespoons) fresh yeast - see notes
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    • 400-500g (3-4 cups) strong white bread flour (you could use half wholemeal)
    • 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
    • 30g (2 tablespoons) butter (needs to be quite soft)
    • 50-100g (1/2 - 1 cup) grated strong cheese
    • I use fresh yeast in my bread. If you need to convert to dried, check out this helpful advice.
