    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • 3 tablespoons raw, sliced almonds (with or without skin)
    • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 – 3 tablespoons freshly grated aged pecorino cheese
    • zest of half a lemon
