    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
    • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • ¼ cup water
    • To assemble:
