    This Instant Pot recipe, combines the silky sweet tastes of Teriyaki with a cheaper cut of Beef - that of flank steak! Fixes my Chinese cravings!

    Ingredients

    • 1 2lb Flank Steak
    • 2 Cloves Finely Chopped Garlic
    • 1/4 Cup Coconut Animos If you can eat soy you could substitute GF Soy Sauce instead
    • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce Found in the Asian Section of most grocery stores - check the labels!
    • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup Organic Grade B or higher preferred
    • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh or Ground Ginger (optional)
    • 1 tbsp Raw Honey
