    • 2/3 cup raw walnuts
    • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
    • 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
    • 1/4 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    • 1 small onion, diced and lightly cooked
    • 4 cloves garlic
    • 3 tablespoons almond flour or almond meal
    • 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or oil of choice )
    • 1 flax egg (mix 1 tablespoon ground flax meal with 2 ½ tablespoons warm water and let sit for 15 minutes to thicken)
    • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • Freshly cracked black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
