- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1 15-ounce can chicken broth
- 1 15-ounce can water
- 1-2 pound ground pork
- 4 - 8 pineapple slices
- 4 - 8 hamburger buns or slider buns
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 - 8 slices red onion
- 1 cup chile sauce
- 4 - 8 slices provolone cheese
- 3 tablespoon el Pastor sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
