    • 2 T olive oil
    • 1 t minced garlic
    • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
    • 2 T dried parsley
    • 1 t basil
    • 1/2 t oregano
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 1/2 t pepper
    • 1 t stevia (optional - this gives it just a bit of sweetness and helps cut out the acidity a little bit)
    • 1/8 t crushed red pepper (optional - gives the sauce a nice kick!)
