    • 1-2 baby carrots, cut into matchstick strips

    • 2 stalks scallions, cut into 2-inch strips
    • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
    • 1/2 teaspoon shaoxing wine, chinese rice wine
    • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
    • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
