    Ingredients

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup whole wheat flour
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 cup ricotta
