    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
    • 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
    • 1/2 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and cleaned
    • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    • 1 shallot, finely chopped
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • 1/4 cup chicken broth
    • Salt and pepper
    • Chopped flat leaf parsley, for garnish
