    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
    • 1/2 tsp cayenne (or paprika, if you want it less spicy)
    • 1 tsp chili oil
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 1/2 a chili pepper, de-seeded (I used a fresno)
    • 2 tbsp Oil for frying
    • 1 green onion for garnish
