    • 3 tablespoons oil
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 3 cups whole wheat flour
    • 3-4 cups bread flour
    • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    • Old-fashioned oats, for sprinkling on top
